Counselling and Intervention

Couples Counselling: we can assist couples to recognise and resolve conflicts and improve their relationships. This can be by either rebuilding and strengthen a relationship or by separating.

Educational Counselling: we can help students with issues that can arise in educational settings such as exam and performance anxiety, procrastination, and provide guidance and support in academic and career goals.

Drug and Alcohol Counselling: we can assist people with alcohol and substance abuse problems by providing psychoeducation and developing tailored treatment plans that are based upon the needs and goals of the person.
